Mr Ken Jones, OBE

With almost 30 years of Headship experience in the UK and abroad, including Principal of Welbeck College (the British Army’s Sixth Form College), Ken received his OBE for serviced to UK education in 2000. More recent employment includes China Project Manager for GAP (a gap year organisation) through which he developed an extensive network of senior contacts within Education Commissions, Schools, Foreign Exchange Departments and British Consulates in several provinces across China. In 2003 Ken worked as an International Marketing and Recruitment Consultant for Harrow International School (Bangkok), involving numerous visits to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia and Russia. In 2004 Ken became an adviser to Oxford International College, and in 2005 a founding Director of Oxford International Education.
