Matthew Barnes has degrees from Oxford, London and Reading Universities. After working in Africa, the Far East and the Caribbean he returned to Oxford in 1989. He worked there as a freelance tutor and Head of Biology at Oxford's oldest tutorial college before joining Oxford International College.
