Assistant House Parent for Student Residence in Oxford

We are looking for a friendly and professional full-time Assistant House Parent to work in our small student residence in Oxford. The successful candidate will work closely with our House Parent to create a warm and familiar environment for the students to thrive in and to ensure that the boarders are well looked after and that college rules are observed. This is mainly a pastoral role assisting in the supervision of about 80 international A-level students aged 16-19. The work involves safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our boarders. An ability to supervise is essential and there will be some administrative duties. The role would suit a caring, mature, organised and dedicated person who enjoy working with teenagers and young adults. Free accommodation and meals included.
