Super Curriculum Manager, full-time

We are looking for a friendly and professional Super Curriculum Manager to work as an integral part of our busy team. The Super-Curriculum Manager (SCM) will have a pivotal role in supporting the college students and providing them with effective strategies to get into top universities across the world, including the USA, Hong Kong and Britain. The super-curriculum covers any lessons, activities or programmes that students do in addition to their academic syllabus that helps to prepare them for life at university and beyond. The ideal candidate would be a graduate from a top university, with an understanding of the UCAS process and a passion for educational excellence. The role is varied and includes organising the summer programme, accompanying students on their Duke of Edinburgh expeditions and other excursions, day trips to universities and occasionally travelling. The SCM will manage a small team of staff. The successful candidates will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work well in a busy environment, be able to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and empathy with young people and a willingness to be of service to the college community.
