Super Curriculum Manager, full-time

We are looking for a friendly and professional Super Curriculum Manager to work as an integral part of our busy team. The Super-Curriculum Manager (SCM) will have a pivotal role in supporting the college students and providing them with effective strategies to get into top universities across the world, including the USA, Hong Kong and Britain. The super-curriculum covers any lessons, activities or programmes that students do in addition to their academic syllabus that helps to prepare them for life at university and beyond. The ideal candidate would be a graduate from a top university, with an understanding of the UCAS process and a passion for educational excellence. The role is varied and includes organising the summer programme, accompanying students on their Duke of Edinburgh expeditions and other excursions, day trips to universities and occasionally travelling. The SCM will manage a small team of staff. The successful candidates will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work well in a busy environment, be able to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and empathy with young people and a willingness to be of service to the college community. Non-Residential House Tutor for Student Residence, full-time

We are looking for a friendly and professional full-time non-residential House Tutor to work in our small student residence in Oxford. The successful candidate will work closely with our House Parent to create a warm and familiar environment for the students to thrive in and to ensure that the boarders are well looked after and that college rules are observed. This is a varied role assisting in the supervision of about 90 international A-level students aged 16-19. The work involves overseeing the welfare and academic progress of the student body as well as safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all boarders. The role includes teaching LAMDA as well as organising extra-curricular activities and on occasion accompanying students on trips and excursions. An ability to supervise is essential and there will be some administrative duties. The role would suit a caring, mature, organised and dedicated person who enjoys working with teenagers and young adults. Free meals included.
