College IT and Management Information System Co-ordinator

Joining a small, vibrant community of staff and students, your responsibilities will include the smooth day-to-day running of the IT systems such as computers, email, telephone, server and networks, as well as the College’s Management Information System (MIS). The role is pivotal to the effective functioning of the College and requires accuracy, attention to detail, excellent IT skills and the ability to plan and implement projects and improvements. Work experience in an educational setting or with MIS systems would be an advantage. Good spoken and written English are essential. The successful candidate will be a good communicator with a good work ethic and a positive attitude. Training in the College’s MIS and CPD opportunities will be provided. House Parent or Couple for Student Residence in Oxford

We are looking for a friendly and professional full-time House Parent or Couple for our small student residence in Oxford. This is mainly a pastoral role providing supervision to about 80 international A-level students aged 17-18. The work involves safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our boarders. An ability to supervise is essential and there will be some administrative duties, including managing a small team of wardens. The successful candidate will work with a professional team at the College to ensure that our boarders are well looked after and that College rules are observed. The role would suit a caring, mature, organised, diligent and dedicated person or couple who enjoy working with teenagers and young adults. Free accommodation and meals are provided.
