Welcome to the College
Oxford International College is a private tutorial college based in the heart of Oxford, UK. We prepare students aged typically 15–21 for entry into British universities and other higher education institutions.
The academic courses we offer include A-level, GCSE / IGCSE, University Foundation Programmes and bespoke courses to meet individual requirements, including preparation for IB and support for university undergraduates.
We offer a highly personal approach to education that sets us apart from most other educational establishments. Teaching is based on the tutorial system for which the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge are famous; the majority of teaching takes place by individual tuition (one-to-one) and sometimes in mini-groups of between two and five students. This allows our tutors to direct every lesson according to the individual needs of each student.
We are committed to providing the highest standards of education and our students have access to Oxford's finest tutors to help them achieve their highest potential and to develop the self-confidence they need for successful learning.
At Oxford International College we are also passionate about equipping our students with a variety of complementary skills and tools that will serve them throughout their lives. We are pioneering a number of Complementary and Enrichment Programmes that embrace themes such as Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Thinking Skills, Essay and Report Writing, Study Skills and Team Working.
Oxford International College was established in 2002 by a group of experienced educationalists. Since then we have grown into one of the most successful private tutorial colleges in the UK, welcoming students from the UK and all over the world.
