OIC House Competition

OIC House Competition - OIC House Competition

Competition was in full swing at Oxford International College this week as students from Spires, Red Ox and Azura came together for an exciting House Games Competition, putting their skills, strategy and teamwork to the test.

The event brought students from across the College together for an evening of friendly competition, with each House Captain selecting a game for students to compete in.

With House Points up for grabs, every game was an opportunity to contribute to their team's overall score. Students took on their opponents with enthusiasm, supporting their fellow House members and working towards a shared goal.

A Close Competition Between the Houses

Throughout the evening, students battled it out across the different games, with each victory earning a valuable point for their House.

By the end of the competition, Spires emerged victorious with approximately 90 House Points, followed by Red Ox with 70 points and Azura with 50 points.

The evening was about more than just winning. It was an opportunity for students to build friendships, develop their confidence and enjoy some healthy competition outside the classroom.

Building House Spirit at OIC

The OIC House System plays an important role in bringing students together across different year groups, encouraging collaboration, leadership and a strong sense of belonging.

Events like the House Games Competition give students the chance to represent their House, support one another and contribute to the wider College community.

Congratulations to Spires on their victory, and well done to everyone who took part! With plenty more House competitions to come, there will be lots of opportunities for Red Ox and Azura to close the gap.
