Dr Sarah Watson
Principal

Dr. Sarah Watson, is a seasoned education leader with over 20 years of international experience. Holding a Doctor of Education, her expertise lies in curriculum innovation, academic excellence, and adolescent wellbeing. A dedicated scholar and geographer, she is committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that cultivates outstanding outcomes for students and staff alike.

Severine Collins
Vice Principal and Designated Safeguarding Lead

Severine joins Oxford International College as Vice Principal and Designated Safeguarding Lead, bringing 30 years experience of independent education both in the UK and abroad.  Passionate about excellence in international education and committed to ensuring students have a safe, enriching, positive and successful journey, Severine will oversee responsibilities for safeguarding within the College.

Ben Holman
Vice Principal

Having lived and worked in the U.K, Belgium, Colombia, Cambodia, Brazil and Peru as an experienced Head, Senior Leader and teacher of geography Ben joins OIC as Vice Principal. Managing teaching across the College, ensuring students learn in an ambitious and collaborative environment, that enables every student to chart their own journey to success.

Bill O'Brien-Blake
Vice Principal
Bill O’Brien-Blake is an experienced educator and leader with a background in teaching History and Economics. He has held senior roles including Senior Deputy Head at Tranby, Head of Sixth Form at Burgess Hill Girls, and overseeing university admissions at Forest School, London. Previous to that he worked for Brighton College, both in the UK and overseas, and for the selective free school sixth form, the London Academy of Excellence. With a BA in PPE from Oxford, an MSc in International Relations from LSE, and a PGCert in Educational Leadership from the UCL’s Institute of Education, Bill brings a strong academic foundation alongside extensive leadership expertise.

Kieran Jones
Director of Boarding
Having worked at leading International Boarding Schools across the UK, Kieran joins Oxford International College as Director of Boarding and brings with him a wealth of modern boarding experience, together with a passion for creating a home away from home for our international students.

With boarding at the heart of the OIC experience, Kieran will ensure students benefit from being part of an inclusive environment where high achieving individuals support each other to build life long friendships and connections through shared experiences and study.

Toby Blundell
Director of Global Strategic Pathways
An Oxbridge graduate, Toby has more than two decades of teaching and leadership experience. Toby is a big believer in the transformational impact of international education and is passionate about helping our students develop a global perspective. He also emphasises the importance of good humour, empathy, and clear communication, which all have a profound impact on the student experience.
