Dr Sarah Watson
Principal
Principal of Oxford International College, bringing 18 years’ international experience across schools in Oxford, London, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Halton. A research-informed leader, Dr Watson conducts and presents educational research nationally and internationally, combining academic rigour with compassionate, globally minded leadership.
Severine Collins
Vice Principal and Designated Safeguarding Lead
Severine Collins is Vice Principal at Oxford International College and Designated Safeguarding Lead. She leads safeguarding, student and staff management with clarity, honesty and care, helping to create a safe, inclusive culture where people feel heard, protected and supported to succeed.
Ben Holman
Vice Principal
Ben Holman is Vice Principal, Pastoral at Oxford International College, bringing senior leadership experience across IB and UK schools in the UK, Colombia, Cambodia, Brazil and Peru. He is passionate about intercultural education, multilingual learners and creating inclusive environments where students thrive academically and personally.
Bill O'Brien-Blake
Vice Principal
Bill O'Brien-Blake is an experienced educator and leader who has taught History and Economics. He has held senior roles at Tranby, Burgess Hill Girls, and Forest School, and previously worked at Brighton College and the London Academy of Excellence. He holds degrees from Oxford, LSE, and UCL’s Institute of Education, bringing strong academic and leadership expertise.
Kieran Jones
Director of Boarding
Kieran Jones is Director of Boarding and Deputy DSL at Oxford International College, with over nine years’ residential pastoral experience. He leads strategic boarding provision focused on wellbeing, safeguarding and academic success, ensuring students benefit from high standards of bespoke care and support.
Toby Blundell
Director of Global Strategic Pathways
An Oxbridge graduate, Toby has more than two decades of teaching and leadership experience. Toby is a big believer in the transformational impact of international education and is passionate about helping our students develop a global perspective. He also emphasises the importance of good humour, empathy, and clear communication, which all have a profound impact on the student experience.
