Our purpose-built boarding houses are a home away from home, offering the security, comfort, and modern facilities our students need to thrive.

Wavy Gate

Set in a secure gated community just walking distance from the college, Wavy Gate houses 87 spacious ensuite bedrooms and studios. Each group of six rooms has a shared kitchen and common room, mirroring the layout found in many university halls of residence.

Wavy Gate

Accommodation: Mix of studio rooms and double en-suites.

Atmosphere: Sociable and dynamic, offering a blend of independence and shared living.

Highlights: A diverse boarding community where students can enjoy both quiet study spaces and lively common areas. Large gated outdoor gardens to unwind and socialise.

Alice House

Close to Magdalen Bridge and just a short walk to our teaching buildings, Alice House is an apartment-style building with 14 self-contained studio flats. Complete with a comfy double bed, study area, kitchenette, and shower room, our modern flats offer our oldest students a taste of post-college life.

Accommodation: Premium studio en-suite bedrooms.

Atmosphere: Modern, stylish, and independent. Alice House is perfect for students who value privacy while still being part of a lively community.

Highlights: Spacious rooms designed for focused study, with social areas that bring students together.

St Clements

St Clements Boarding consists of 14 contemporary student rooms together with a further 2 rooms for staff boarding. In a prime location, close to the centre of town, these spacious rooms and carefully designed layouts provide students with a bright and airy, modern place to stay.
