We are delighted to announce Student Council President Aye Chan and Vice Presidents Hazel Loy and Marco.  

Further to our commitment to how we look at how our academic assessment data is used effectively to inform our teaching and learning, the College now uses an internal uniform mark scale (IUMS) as part of our internal assessments.

A huge congratulations to Jin Hao Chung, who has been elected as Head Boy and to Tessa Xuan Yu Lee, this year's elected Head Girl. And further congratulations also to their deputies: Yiyang Chen, Deputy Head Boy and Mej, Deputy Head Girl.

Students at OIC have always benefitted from the incredible support, guidance and mentorship from their tutors. This year the College has formalised the Strategy Tutor role, building in regular check ins and designated 1:1 time to ensure students on track and challenging them to be the best version of themselves.

Students enjoyed an afternoon of Boarding activities over the weekend including the brilliant Oxford Open Doors event. 

Being part of a Global Campus, within the Nord Anglia family, allows us to participate in a wide range of exciting collaborations and this week the MIT Challenge 1 launches, with MIT's Mechanical Engineering Professor Faez Ahmed challenging students to use AI (artificial intelligence) to find design solutions to improve everyday products.

Students from across all year groups competed in a variety of events, from the classic 100m spirit to the more challenging endurance races such as 1500m. Each event showcased not only the athletic skills of our students but also the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie.

Students have been completing their applications for the prestigious Student Leadership role of Oxford International College Head Boy and Head Girl. We are delighted to share that we have received 18 applications!

Students enjoyed an engaging and insightful introduction to the department from Director of Supercurricular, Jason Brooks, set in the prestigious building at Keble College.

Oxford Town Hall, a beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of Oxford City Centre, was the perfect setting to welcome new and returning OIC AS and A2 students to our College Induction

We were thrilled to welcome over 30 families to London Place on Wednesday evening for the first of our Parents Welcome Events.

Over the summer we've invested over £1 million to enhance both teaching and boarding facilities at Oxford International College.

With just three more days to go until the official start of the College academic year, the teaching and support staff here at OIC have been busy putting the finishing touches to induction sessions and preparing new areas across the College - ready for students arrival.
