OIC Christmas Celebrations at Blenheim Palace

BPCh-025
We are excited for the upcoming Christmas activities for all students staying in college for the holidays. On 17 December, students will be attending a variety of Christmas craft workshops: from bauble and wreath making to cookie and gingerbread house decorating. We will also hold a creative writing competition with a Christmas theme. In the evening, we will depart to Blenheim Palace – Winston Churchill’s majestic birthplace and one of the most beautiful palaces in England – for a Lights Trail. This is how the Blenheim website describes the event: “2020 brings us new surprises from the Heart of the Stars scattering shards of light across the lawn to a scented fire garden that adorns the Water Terrace. Walk towards dynamic, colour-changing neon tunnels, lakeside reflections and onto a mesmerising place where, beneath the branches of a sprawling tree, softly glows the fairy-fire known as Will-o-the-Wisps.” It is sure to be magical!
