With over nine years at OIC, Jenny is dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where students can truly thrive. She studied Film & Media at Sheffield Hallam and completed postgraduate Museum Studies at Birkbeck, later adding a counselling qualification that deepened her passion for student wellbeing.
Jenny’s career has always been about helping young people grow — from running education sessions at the Charles Dickens Museum to delivering cultural and literary workshops for children across Oxfordshire. At OIC, she combines that experience with her warm, approachable style to guide students through challenges, signpost support, and champion their personal development.
For Jenny, the best part of her role is the variety of each day and the people she works alongside — especially the students whose energy and ambition inspire her daily.
