Lamia Bendou

Lamia joined OIC in 2025 and brings a strong background in business education and management. She holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Management, a PGCE in Business Education, and a TESOL certificate, alongside additional qualifications in training, nutrition, and design that reflect her passion for lifelong learning.

Before joining OIC, she gained valuable experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds, which shaped her ability to create inclusive, supportive learning environments where every student feels valued. At OIC, Lamia is dedicated to helping students connect their studies to real-world opportunities, building both academic achievement and entrepreneurial confidence.

Outside of teaching, Lamia enjoys fitness, coaching, and inspiring others to achieve their goals. Her philosophy is simple: “Commit yourself to lifelong learning — the most valuable asset you have is your mind and what you put into it.”
