Robert’s love of Biology began around the family kitchen table, where lively conversations inspired a lifelong curiosity about the natural world. After completing both his degree and PhD at Bangor University, he brought that passion into the classroom and has been teaching at OIC since 2021.
Robert thrives on working with ambitious, inquisitive students who challenge ideas and push beyond the curriculum. With extensive experience in both boarding and day schools, he champions a balanced approach — combining academic excellence with student wellbeing. From leading creative experiments in the labs at Threeways, to mentoring high-achieving learners, Robert creates a space where curiosity, confidence, and passion for discovery flourish.
