The college provided plenty of valuable courses to improve our personal statement and prepare for our admission tests and interviews. Also, all my teachers helped me better understand and taught me a lot of interesting expansions of the content both in and beyond A-Level. MEDICINE OFFERS FROM CAMBRIDGE: A REMARKABLE FEAT

We are also delighted to announce that four of our students have received offers for Medicine from the University of Cambridge. This is the second consecutive year we have achieved this remarkable feat, demonstrating OIC’s commitment to academic excellence and achievement.

I really appreciated the extensive feedback from the mentors, who are current medical students, as well as teachers, which helped me refine my personal statement over time. The school also arranged many interview preparation sessions with the mentors, both online and in-person. My mentors helped me prepare for both MMI style and Oxbridge style panel interviews, and I felt confident throughout all my interviews.

From our UCAS applications to admissions tests to interviews, OIC has provided all-rounded support every step of the way, giving me the confidence to apply to competitive universities such as Oxford. For an intellectually demanding subject such as physics, I am grateful that my teachers at OIC always teach beyond the syllabus, providing me with an academically stimulating environment.

SUCCESS BEYOND OIC: OIC ACADEMY’S PROGRAMME

Furthermore, we are pleased to share that two students outside of OIC who participated in OIC Academy’s Premium Consultancy and University Preparation Programme have received offers from Oxbridge. This achievement speaks to the success of our program in preparing external students for the competitive university application process.

From one-of-a-kind interview preparation classes to incredible subject-specific and personalised assistance, my journey with OIC Academy was truly a unique experience. Yasmin’s deep understanding of the admissions process was very insightful, and I was supported every step of the way. Over the past 6 months, I have grown both as a student and as a person. A massive and heartfelt thank you to Yasmin, Gavin, Lucy, and all of OIC Academy for their pivotal guidance – which culminated in me being invited to read Psychology at Cambridge!
