It was wonderful to see the College celebrating World Mental Health Day 2024 with an array of engaging activities from wellbeing trees to mindfulness apps like HeadSpace.
This year students were invited to sign up for the HeadSpace Medidation app, which offers, through evidence-based meditation and mindfulness tools, mental health coaching, therapy, psychiatry, Headspace helps to create life-changing habits to support mental health and find a healthier, happier you.
