MIT’s film crew visited Oxford International College to capture our brightest young minds asking the world’s biggest STEAM questions.
Oxford International College was abuzz with energy this week as a film crew from the world-renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) arrived on campus to record our students for their brand-new educational series, Ask the Expert.
The series invites students from around the globe to pose their most curious and challenging STEAM-related questions — from the science of black holes to the ethics of artificial intelligence. OIC students rose to the challenge, presenting thought-provoking ideas that showcased their creativity, depth of understanding, and passion for discovery.
During the session, students took turns pitching their questions directly to the MIT production team, sparking lively discussion and excitement throughout the room. The best questions will now be passed on to MIT’s panel of world-leading academic experts, who will explore and answer them in upcoming episodes of the series.
This collaboration represents a remarkable opportunity for our students to engage with one of the world’s most prestigious universities, gaining first-hand insight into how curiosity drives innovation and learning. It also highlights OIC’s ongoing commitment to nurturing inquisitive, globally minded thinkers who are ready to make their mark on the world.
We’re immensely proud of our students for their enthusiasm, intellect, and confidence — and we can’t wait to see their questions come to life on screen when Ask the Expert premieres!
