Oxford International College is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist for the International Safeguarding Award at the 2025 SACPA Safeguarding Awards.
The Safeguarding and Child Protection Association (SACPA) honours individuals and institutions that demonstrate excellence and innovation in protecting young people. OIC’s nomination reflects the College’s holistic and proactive approach to safeguarding, ensuring that every student is supported academically, emotionally, and personally.
“This recognition is a reflection of our entire community’s commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment,” said Dr Sarah Watson, Principal. “We are proud that Oxford International College stands among the global leaders in safeguarding practice.”
The winners will be announced during the Annual SACPA Safeguarding Conference on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, at Broadway House, London.
As a finalist, Oxford International College joins a distinguished group of international institutions dedicated to improving the safety and wellbeing of children and young people around the world.
“At OIC, safeguarding is not just a responsibility — it’s a core value,” added Vice Principal Severine Collins. “We are honoured that our work has been recognised by SACPA, and we remain committed to upholding the highest standards of care and protection.”
Congratulations to the entire OIC community on this remarkable achievement.
