Outside of our residential programmes we offer a range of two-, three-, or four-week courses centred on practical and academic skills
Over the past year, OIC has begun introducing ‘bespoke’ programmes to its agent and school partners. These academic programmes are typically designed for closed groups of students with specific academic goals in mind. These courses often involve elements of both the University Preparation and Revision Course modules. Listed below are some examples of the types of bespoke offering OIC has delivered in the past.
The specifics of each of these courses are developed with the prerequisite expectations of the partner organisation and the guidance of the academic team at Oxford International College. These courses can be delivered domestically in the UK, internationally or online.
Our revision courses are delivered by our sister organisation Oxford Science Studies. OXSS was founded in 1997 by a group of tutors who graduated from the University of Oxford. As the name suggests, it has originated as science specialists, but over the years has expanded to offer most of the core school subjects.
As one of the longest standing revision course specialists in the UK, OXSS has a proven track record of identifying the key ingredients for success when it comes to revising for important exams. OXSS have a core of over 100 tutors who are mainly full-time private tutors, school teachers or PhD students. Some of the tutors are A-Level and GCSE examiners, and many are Oxford graduates who know what it takes to achieve top grades.
