Debate is Great

OIC Debating Society reach regional rounds!

OIC Debating Society students took part in the regional rounds of the Oxford Schools Debating competition. Such a brilliant opportunity for students to develop their debating skills and to receive feedback from top Oxford debaters!

It was great to see so many Oxford International College students represented at The Oxford Schools Debating Competition, thanks to the OIC Debating Society. The Oxford Schools Debating Competition is the largest student debating competition in the world, with the finals held at the prestigious Oxford Union in March.

A huge congratulations to the four OIC teams that participated! And a special Oxford International College mention to Yi Feng Loh & Vanessa Kan who's team finished an incredible 3rd (out of 60!) and secured themselves a place in the finals!

Such a brilliant achievement and we are looking forward to the finals!
