Beyond The Classroom

LAMDA results are in and we are delighted to share another excellent set of results! With the vast majority of the students receiving Distinctions we are incredibility proud of our students. Speaking in public is a skill that doesn’t come naturally to all, but this year our students have worked exceptionally hard and encouraged to step outside of their comfort zones and these results are a testament to their hard work and dedication.

With fascinating talks covering a wide range of topics such as 'The birth and evolution of pointe shoes' for the intended audience of Ballet Club of school, to 'Letting humans be human' for World leaders at the UN Summit and even 'What your music taste says about you?' for TedTalk Attendees.

Lucy Walsh, Supercurricular Coordinator, said, "It’s been a pleasure watching their confidence and self-belief grow throughout the year as well as seeing the ways in which they have supported and encouraged their classmates to succeed."
