OIC Year 13 Volunteers Share Festive Music at St Luke’s Hospital
This weekend, Oxford International College was proud to see a group of our talented Year 13 student volunteers bring joy and festive spirit to St Luke’s Hospital through a special musical performance.
Students Sooah, Christy, Haley, Farid, Adrian, and Flora treated residents and staff to a heartfelt programme, featuring a range of beautiful solo performances alongside ensemble pieces. One of the highlights of the morning was a crowd-pleasing Queen medley, performed in response to a special request from a resident, which was met with smiles and warm applause.
Throughout the visit, our students demonstrated not only musical talent but also kindness, empathy, and professionalism, creating meaningful moments of connection through music. Their enthusiasm and generosity of spirit reflected the values of Oxford International College and the positive impact our students continue to make beyond the classroom.
We are incredibly proud of our students for representing OIC so wonderfully and for using their creativity to support and uplift others. Experiences like this showcase the power of music to bring people together and strengthen community connections.
